プールがあったのがよかった 部屋は清潔だった。

スタッフが不親切だった。 通りに面した部屋の騒音がひどく、眠れなかったため次の日から部屋をかえてもらった。一日中窓をしめてエア- コンをかけてすごせばいいといわれた。 シービューバルコニーつきの部屋を選んだのに！文句を言いしぶしぶという感じで部屋をかえてもらった。 エアコンも古く音がうるさい。 悪いホテルとは思わなかったけれど、すべてにおいてシャビーで口コミで評価されているほどではなかった。朝- 食が質素。 古い公民館みたいな感じのホテル。 お薦めのレストランを聞いても提携の自分のところにコミッションがはいるようなとこしか教えてもらえず残念- だった。

The views are spectacular. The pool is well positioned and not too busy. The hotel is close to the main street, a supermarket and access to main roads is easy. Staff spoke English and were helpful. There is a lift. Breakfast included the usual continental choices, with the addition of boiled eggs and fresh fruit (something you may have pay more for elsewhere)

Although the style is old fashioned, the hotel is clean and well maintained. We quite liked the decor and quite peace although some travellers may demand more show modern appliances and less worn bathrooms and common areas. The town is expensive, and hotels are expensive in this area, so you get what you pay for. The views looked like they were the best in the town, although the cracked divider screen between balconies could have been replaced. More sun Lounger cushions are needed.

Very very helpfull staff , Fantastic view and value for money

The staff - they are stars, all of them, from the cleaning ladies to the receptionists. They are all very friendly and helpful and I would like to drop a special remark over Rosalba, one of the receptionists who is a very polite and helpful lady always there for you.

Nothing really is dislikeable, but a little bit disapointing considering the pictures shown on booking. It is a very old fashioned hotel needing (desperately) a touch of modernity, some glamour, a good make-over, but it is confortable, and very clean.

The hotel was very central and the staff helpful and friendly. We had a large room with balcony and wonderful views and breakfast was served each morning outside on a terrace.

The room and particularly the bathroom were very dated and needed some modernisation.

This hotel was in the perfect loaction as only a 2 min walk to main Corso down a hill/steps. The pool area was gorgeous as were the terraces with amazing views. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I would highly reccomend this hotel.

The view

The worst accommodations ,owner refuses to put AC in dining room and living room when temperature climbed to 97 degrees . Internet is only available in those two rooms .It was unbearably hot . Breakfast was poor and the cheapest .pasta. For dinner was just awful ,they had the nerve to charge 3 Euros for ice ..the worst vacation accommodation in my whole life .

Bed bugs biting us then we were moved to another room in the middle of the night

stunning view from terrace/ balcony of room. a few minutes from the centre, provided that a steep hill and many steps are not a problem.

with the exception of the first floor lounge, bar, and resaurant area, the hotel is badly in need of refurbishment, especially the bedrooms/ bathrooms.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful.

The hotel is in need of a refurb, although having said that everything is well maintained and in good working order just old and tired.

The view

Only one staff member - Luciano was very comfortable speaking English and therefore, you striggled to be understood by others.

The only good thing about this hotel is the view, but it is absolutely not worth the price.

Just terrible! Do not event think about booking this hotel. It should be a 2 stars, maximum. The room is small and not comfy, and let's just forget about the bathroom. The hotel is old-looking both in the building and the furnitures. Breakfast... well, I'm just going to say that on our second day we went to a bar and pay for a decent breakfast: not even a fresh orange juice in Sicily (they have to throw away oranges that cannot sell). Should be removed from Booked.net

the hotel has great views and a nice pool area which has panoramic views also. it's very reasonably priced compared to other Taormina hotels which are expensive

this hotel is not 4 star or even 3 star in standard; though clean it is very old fashioned and reminiscent of an old people's home in the public areas. it is high above the town which involves lots and lots of steps up and down to Corso Umberto. Basic accommodation which in Taormina terms is value for money but if you like comfort and a bit of luxury this is not for you!

Our balcony faced Mount Etna- I would definitely recommend getting a Sea View Room! And the pool area was lovely though it was very quiet when we were there so not sure how it would be with a full hotel as it is quite a small pool area. And they provided cushions for the sun loungers- always a big plus.

The breakfast really wasn't fantastic.

The staff was great, but the building itself is a bit outdated.
